Farm Restaurant Yo-Sansan

This farm restaurant serves fresh vegetables grown in the restaurant's own farm and ingredients lovingly cultivated by producers on Awaji Island. Guests can enjoy dishes made with refined vegetables in a relaxing space surrounded by nature. Fun workshops are planned for each season, such as vegetable harvesting experiences and healthy classes. The old-style Japanese building was designed by leading Japanese architect Shigeru Ban, who is particular about sustainability that blends with nature. The pillars are made of paper tubes, a material that returns to nature, creating an earth-friendly space. Please spend a moment sharing the richness and joy of both body and mind in a sustainable way.
