This plan is only available in autumn and offers a tasting of three types of aged sake, which has won a gold medal in the aged sake category at the Feminalise World Wine Competition, as your first drink before dinner. You can enjoy the deep flavor and history of this sake.
In addition, we offer "Inishie no Bishu", a selection of long-aged vintage sake, shochu, awamori, and plum wine that have been aged for over 100 years at over 10 breweries across Japan and have particularly excellent rich aromas and flavors. Please take your time to enjoy our carefully selected vintage aged sake in a luxurious space.

Under the supervision of Chef Haruyuki Yamashita, Hyogo Prefecture's Food Advisor, guests can enjoy dishes that focus on ingredients from Awaji Island, a treasure trove of food that has long been a supplier of ingredients to the Imperial Court as "Mikketi Province."
<Dinner> In addition to fresh seafood caught in the "daytime net fishing" in the Seto Inland Sea, you can enjoy "Awaji Beef Mountain and Sea Tomato Sukiyaki" made with high-quality Awaji beef, fresh seafood, and onions from Awaji Island.
<Breakfast> The highlight of an overnight stay is breakfast, which begins with Grand Chariot's "Morning Set" followed by grilled fish from the Seto Inland Sea and the local specialty "Awaji rolled omelet" served with freshly cooked Awaji Island rice.
