We have started selling a meeting plan with three special benefits suitable for a celebratory occasion between two families at the Luxury Villa's lunchtime dining area, "Grand Chariot Terrace."

We will help you celebrate a special occasion with dishes that are the epitome of the skills of Chef Haruyuki Yamashita, Hyogo Prefecture's Food Advisor, and the high-quality hospitality that only GRAND CHAIROT Big Dipper 135° can provide.

The dining area will have marble tables. Gemstones, known as "natural stones" or "power stones" in Japan, are embedded in the surface of the tables. As they are created by nature, no two are exactly the same, and they will remain forever without being influenced by trends. Therefore, marble also has the meaning of "foundation" and "stability."

Guests can choose from our most popular dish, "Awaji Beef Sankai Tomato Sukiyaki" or the "Specially Selected Awaji Beef Shabu-Shabu Full Course."
Our facility only uses Awaji Beef of the highest A150 rank, of which only about 5 head are selected each year after meeting various standards.

Note: This facility is operated within Hyogo Prefectural Awajishima Park "Nijigen no Mori". A staff member will drive a private car to the nearest parking lot F to pick you up. The pick-up and drop-off will take about 10 minutes. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare for meals.

 

■Facilities■

At GRAND CHARIOT Hokuto-shichisei 135°, all 135 guest rooms have skylights reminiscent of cocoons, and the sunrise and starry sky can be seen from the skylights, which are over 23 meters high, creating a truly spectacular view. Meals are supervised by Haruyuki Yamashita, Japan's leading master chef, who owns 13 restaurants both in Japan and overseas. Guests can enjoy dishes made with ingredients from Awaji Island, a treasure trove of food that has been used to mediate as "Mikkokuni".

Haruyuki Yamashita

HAL YAMASHITA Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1969. After training in various countries around the world, he opened his own restaurant, NADABAN DINING, in Kobe Motomachi in 2003, which has earned high praise in international restaurant guides. In addition to operating 13 restaurants in Japan and overseas, including Tokyo, he is also active in a wide range of fields, including advising on international food and domestic and international import/export government relations, and giving lectures and lecturing throughout the country. In 2010, he participated in the World Gourmet Summit held in Singapore as Japan's representative master chef. He also served as master chef in 2012, when the summit was held in the UAE. He is the Hyogo Prefecture Food Advisor.
