For these ancient wines, we set an aging standard of 10 years or more, and carefully select only the most refined vintages.
Of the total sake produced in Japan, only 10% is vintage sake that is 0.0009 years or older. This is a rare type of aged sake, less than the volume of an Olympic swimming pool.

A luxury villa located on the highest point of Anime Park Nijigen no Mori, located in Awajishima Prefectural Park.
