①Awaji Island's rich sea urchin hotpot soup

The sea urchin hotpot soup, which is served as one of the main dishes in the dinner course, is made by dissolving sea urchin in a special broth made from bonito and kelp, and adding tomatoes from Awaji Island to create a rich flavor. Please enjoy it with plenty of seafood. For the final dish, you can combine it with rice and eggs to make sea urchin porridge.

A luxury villa located on the highest point of Anime Park Nijigen no Mori, located in Awajishima Prefectural Park.
This is a special spot where you can feel the pleasant breeze blowing up while enjoying a panoramic view of the Akashi Strait, the gently rippling blue waves, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, the world's longest suspension bridge, and even the Kobe cityscape.
