By checking in advance, you can ensure a more comfortable and relaxing time on the day.

Reservations, check-in/out

Please tell me the check-in and check-out times.
Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
We will provide as much assistance as possible before your arrival and after your departure, including storing your luggage.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Yes, if you wish, we can extend your time as follows:

Early check-in: Available from 14:00 (additional charge: 2,420 yen)
Late check-out: You can stay until 12:00 (additional charge: 2,420 yen)

In either case, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation on the day, so we recommend that you consult in advance.
Payment will be made at the time of check-out.

Can I make a reservation by phone or email?
For customers with special invitations or complimentary tickets, we accept reservations by phone or email.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to prevent double bookings, we ask that you make regular reservations and transfer payments in advance via the internet. If you make a reservation by phone, we will mail a transfer form and invoice to your home address at a later date. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Access and transportation

[For those coming by bus]
Take the express bus from Osaka or Kobe and get off at Awaji IC.
From Awaji IC, a free shuttle bus is available to "Awajishima Prefectural Park F Parking Lot."
*There is an in-house shuttle service from "F Parking Lot" to Grand Chariot, so please call us when you arrive at the "F Parking Lot" bus stop. Alternatively, there is the "Kakehashi-go (Nijigen no Mori direct bus)" which runs a limited number of times a day, but can take you directly from Osaka, Kobe, and Sannomiya. A private car will also come to the bus stop to pick you up.
[For those coming by boat]
Take the Awaji Genova Line from Akashi Port to Iwaya Port (travel time: approximately 13 minutes)
From "Iwaya Port", take the free shuttle bus heading towards Nijigen no Mori and get off at "F Parking Lot".
*There is an on-site shuttle service from "Parking Lot F" to Grand Chariot, so please call us when you arrive.
Is there parking? Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, you can use the Awajishima Prefectural Park F Parking Lot (Nijigen no Mori F Parking Lot).
It can accommodate approximately 300 cars, no reservations are required, and parking is free.
When you visit, please enter "Awajishima Prefectural Park F Parking Lot" or "Nijigen no Mori F Parking Lot" into your car navigation system.
How can I get to other facilities and tourist spots on Awaji Island?
A free shuttle bus is available for travel around Awaji Island.
This convenient route connects popular attractions on the island, such as HELLO KITTY SMILE, Craft Circus, and Auberge French no Mori, and is extremely popular.

Meal

Is there a children's menu?
Yes, we have it available.
Children under 3 years old can have rice and miso soup for free upon request. If you would like a children's plate (charge applies),
Dinner: One-plate meal including fried foods, udon noodles, and chawanmushi
Breakfast: One-plate meal featuring fried eggs, sausages, etc.
We offer a different menu every day. *Examples of our dishes are posted with photos on the official website's "Meals" page. Please take a look.

Can I choose the start time of my meal?
Yes, you can choose your dinner time between 17:00 and 19:30 (advance reservation required).
We recommend that you make a reservation in advance, as we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm your reservation closer to your stay date.
We will also discuss dinner time at that time.
Can I choose whether I want Japanese or Western breakfast?
Each group can choose either "Japanese food" or "Western food."
If you would like Western food, please contact us at least 3 days before your stay. Examples of breakfast dishes are also introduced on the "Meals" page of our official website, so please check them out.
Can I request a cake or special event for an anniversary?
Yes, we can provide it.
We can provide No. 4 size whole cakes (for a fee) upon request.
We can also assist with bouquets and simple room decorations.

Do you have baby cribs and baby chairs?
Yes, we can provide a baby cot for an additional fee (2,420 yen).
We also have chairs for children in our restaurant, so please feel free to use them.
Are there yukata and amenities for children in the guest rooms?
Yes, we provide toothbrushes and slippers for children.
We have two sizes of yukata available: 120cm and 140cm.
Please feel free to let us know if you would like this service.
Can I stay with small children?
Yes, up to 0 children aged 3-1 years old can stay in the same bed as their parents in one room.
Children aged 4 and above are counted as one person in the price.

Accommodation with pets

Do you have any rooms where pets can stay?
Yes, we have two rooms available for guests bringing their pet dogs.
There are room types with a capacity of 2 or 4 people, so please choose according to your preference.
What amenities are provided for pets?
