The Awaji beef served as the main course of the sukiyaki course is the top 1% of Awaji beef, selected from the best cows in Japan. We serve A5-ranked Awaji beef, especially the sirloin cut. It has a low melting point, so please enjoy the taste that melts in your mouth the moment you put it in.
