At Nijigen no Mori's official luxury villa, "GRAND CHARIOT Hokuto Shichisei 135°", to coincide with the release of the rare ingredient "Yura's Red Sea Urchin," which can only be enjoyed for a limited time in the summer, they will be offering a box of "Yura's Red Sea Urchin" to 10 groups of guests who book a dinner-inclusive plan each week. General reservations will begin today, July 17th (Friday).
Additional charges start from 20,000 yen per box.
"We want you to come to Awaji Island just to eat this sea urchin." This is a precious taste available only in summer, and we want to say that with absolute certainty.

▲ Mr. Kawakatsu from Yura
"Yura's Red Sea Urchin," landed at Yura Port on Awaji Island. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma of the sea gently spreads. This is followed by a rich yet elegant sweetness. With little of the off-flavors typical of sea urchin, and a melt-in-your-mouth texture, one bite will change your perception of sea urchin. Completely additive-free, without the use of alum, and carefully packed one by one in a box using a special "reverse-handled sea urchin" method that is only possible because of the confidence in its freshness. Yura's Red Sea Urchin is also called the "phantom sea urchin" because of its limited catch and rarity in the market. It is not an ingredient that you can eat anytime you want just because you have the money. It is a taste that can only be encountered when "season," "fishing," and "sourcing" are all in place.

"Yura's Red Sea Urchin" is available for purchase in boxes only, and can only be ordered by phone reservation, at check-in on the day of your visit, or during dinner. The price is subject to change, so please ask our staff for details.

Instead of just one dish, we bring "the entire box" to your table.
This time at GRAND CHARIOT Hokuto Shichisei 135°, we will be serving Yura's red sea urchin not in bite-sized portions or as a topping for dishes, but in full boxes at your table.
First, just leave it as is.
Next, add your favorite ingredients.
And it pairs perfectly with our signature dish, "Awaji Beef Mountain and Sea Tomato Sukiyaki."
How will you savor the box of red sea urchin placed before you?
Please enjoy this luxurious time itself as a memorable part of your trip to Awaji Island.
Before you think, "I should have eaten it back then"
The supply of Yura's red sea urchin is limited. Therefore, this offer is limited to 10 groups per week. Depending on the supply situation, we may not be able to provide it even if you request it. It is by no means an inexpensive ingredient. Nevertheless, we want to recommend it to customers visiting Awaji Island, saying, "You should try it at least once in your life." Not next year, but this summer. Why not savor a whole box of the "phantom red sea urchin" that you can only find on Awaji Island?
